Scheveningen- Praktische informatie

  • Parking available at: Parking het zwarte pad, Parking Nieuwe Parklaan, Parking Scheveningen Bad or Parking Kurhaus.
  • Registration/picking up numbers is at ’t Pannekoekenhuisje Scheveningen (Strandweg 17 Scheveningen).
  • The start and finish is on the boulevard in front of the Kurhaus.
  • For cycling teams it is possible to get a team place near the start/finish, for reservations contact

Other information:

  • Read the technical guide  before the start.
  • Startprocedure will be updated soon.
  • For your own safety, you should bring a spare tube, pump, bottle and a insulation blanket/poncho/rain jacket.
  • It is possible to clean your bike after the race.
  • The race will be assisted with vehicles. There will be a car driving behind the last cyclist and can pick up participants in need.
  • Make sure you read the rules before registration and participation.
  • Public showers can be found in the Palace Promenade.
  • Accommodation in Scheveningen can, by example, be booked at: Kurhaus, Ramada, ibis, Albion or Bilderberg. Make an early booking if you want to stay in Scheveningen, at December 8th there is another event.

The Start of the European Championship:

Every land who compete in the EC will get an equal number of riders in the front startbox.  The national Champions of each land will start at the front row. Followed by the highest ranked riders on the UCI list in mountainbiking and cyclocross.  After these riders the highest ranked national riders of the different countries  will be lined up alternately.
